This is what I love to do!!! This past weekend prior to heading out to Los Angels I had the opportunity to host another speed camp with 20 high school and college athletes at my gym located in Oakland, Ca. This camp was very important to me because all 20 of the campers were brand new to 715 and had the chance to experience a 2 hour workout that most would accomplish in a week.
